2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if Joe Amato Marketing, LLC DBA VIVO Creative has to cancel a scheduled video shoot and cannot reschedule it. In all other circumstances, there are no refunds for the services provided. Clients will be notified promptly if a cancellation occurs and a refund is warranted.

3. Delivery Policy

Our video services are delivered either on-site for the client or at a disclosed filming location. Final files are delivered via email. All timelines for project completion and file delivery vary based on the project’s scope and requirements. Clients will receive an estimated timeline during the project planning phase.

4. Return Policy

Since Joe Amato Marketing, LLC DBA VIVO Creative does not sell physical goods, there are no items to be returned. All our services are delivered digitally or on-site, and therefore, the concept of returns does not apply.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel shoots up to the shoot date. However, if the shoot is not rescheduled, the deposit is non-refundable. For long-term marketing campaigns, Joe Amato Marketing, LLC DBA VIVO Creative has a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
